Rachel is TWO!

My littlest love is TWO whole years old! It's official we no longer have a baby in the house and I'm in a bit of denial! Rachel is such a wonderful part of our family and we all love having her around (well...Nate sometimes wishes she would leave him and his toys alone). Rou is a strong willed, opinionated, fun loving, smart and silly little girl. She is finding her self more each day and doesn't hesitate to let you know what she's thinking or how she is feeling. Rachel is confident, stands up well to her big brothers, and is learning and trying new things every day.

Rachel had a great 2 year check up! She is growing, thriving and doing everything and more than expected. Her doctor was impressed with her physical and verbal development and said she was in perfect health. Recently Rachey Lou has made some big girl changes; she is in a forward facing carseat, eats off a plate, sleeps in a twin bed and is potty trained.

We all love Rachel so much and can't imagine our family without her adding a little spunk and girlieness to the mix. She is sweet and loving and melts my heart with the biggest hugs and face grabbing kisses. She is also fiesty and cries until the faints, tells her big brothers what to do, and tries to manipulate us all. I'm looking foward to watching her grow, change and become more and more of her own person! She sure has changed a lot since her last birthday, and I know this coming year will be the same.
