Racel is THREE!

Our sweet and spicy Rachel turned THREE! She seems to be growing up right before our eyes, and the older I get, the faster the years seem to fly by. Our little Lou is so fun to have around, even though you can hardly take your eyes off of her without fear of some type of mess being made. She's always telling a story, singing or dancing. Rou is very affectionate, and tells me she loves me daily. She loves her big brothers and they think she's pretty great. Rachel is a busy girl, but she will slow down for a few minute to play with play-dough, color or read books. She loves to play pretend and she spends a lot of time "cooking" and taking care of her babies. Watching her discover the world is a joy and I'm looking forward to seeing who she becomes.

To celebrate Rachel's birthday this year we had the family over to eat lunch and swim. Rachel chose a menu of macaroni and cheese, watermelon and sausage followed by a pink and purple, chocolate butterfly cake. She melted my heart by saying, "Mom, it's perfect" in the sweetest whisper when I showed her the cake for the first time! The party was a big success as Rachel loved swimming with her cousins and was thrilled with each of her gifts. We sure do love our big three year old!
