Go Fish!

Levi performed in his school play, "Go Fish," last night. He was adorable and very enthusiastic. For several weeks leading up to the play I heard details about his costume, lines and the songs on a daily basis. His role was the tiger shark and he took it very seriously. It was so fun to watch him anticipate the show and he was beaming with pride. All his hard work paid off and he did a great job during the show. He said all 6 of his lines correctly and sung the songs with conviction. Luck little guy also had all 4 of his grandparents in the audience and relished in their praise after the show.

Performing was never something I enjoyed, so it surprised me a bit to learn how much Levi loved having a major role in his school play. He worked diligently on his lines and learning the songs, and was filled with excitement (instead of fear) before the show. Who knows, we may have a little actor on his hand!
