2 and a Half Years!

Today my first baby turned two and a half! I say this all the time, but being a parent makes time fly by in a blur! I cannot believe that Levi is a preschooler and not a little baby, it seems like we were just bringing him home. We love our Leevy Deevy, Leviticus, Levi-tyecus, Bubbie very much! Here's what he's up to these days:
Popsicle in the hot tub with Papa!
Loves
-his baby brother (a little too much)
-laying or sitting on Joel, holding, picking up or carrying Joel (so sad this is often foiled)
-reading books
-singing songs
-dancing to or listening to music (usually he can't resist at least moving a little when music is playing)
-eating. especially any type of fruit, juice or something with sugar in it
-playing outside
-going to the park
-riding his bike or driving his car
-playing T-ball (or more like hitting the ball off the T over and over)
-go to a friend/family members house, or having them come over to his house
-introducing his family to strangers or anyone really (Dis my Momma, Dis my Daddy, Dis my Joel etc)
-Bible Class/Small groups

making a "dake" (snake) out of play dough
Dislikes
-having his request for fruit, juice, candy, sweets refused
-having to wait (especially if it involves food)
-sitting still
-having to be quiet

Favorites
-books: his bibles, Dinosaurs Wear Underpants, Go, Dog, Go!, Thomas the Train Rhymes
-songs: Jesus Loves Me, Jesus Loves the Little Children, Roll the Gospel Chariot Along, Tonight Tonight
-TV shows: Curios George, Dinosaur Train, Sesame Street, Wild Kratts
-toys: his tool box/tools, dinosaurs, balls, blocks and cars
-fruits: bananas, clementines, grapes, berries
-snacks: raisins, prunes, animal crackers, nuts, granola bar, hummus, yogurt
-veggies: broccoli, asparagus, carrots, tomatoes
-breakfast: banana bread, waffles or pancakes
-lunch: PBJs, grilled cheese or cheese and crackers
-dinner: anything italian especially if it involves tomato sauce and cheese
-sweets: anything chocolate (but he will HAPPILY take any dessert)
-activities: swimming, playdough, swinging...see list of above likes
-color: green
-animals: dogs, fish and bears
-best friends (that he talks about): Nora & Asher, Evie, Anabelle, Autry, Gracie, Jane, Ansley & Kinley

banged up head and messy face...oh so typical :)
Levi is so funny, smart and energetic. He keeps all of us on our toes (or on the look out for Joel). We love him so much and cannot imagine our life without him. Although he wears me out and is non-stop motion, I love spending every day with my wild boy. Does he get into trouble a lot, yes. Does he test my patience, yes. Does he destory my house, yes. Does he try to kill/injure himself often, yes. Does he leave me exhausted many days, yes. Do I look at him and think how in the world did I get so lucky to have such an amazing, cool, wonderful son, yes.
